Newly Remodeled Condo In the Cabo Marina

POOL IS OPEN! Located in the heart of downtown Cabo, this complex is on the marina and just steps to the sand. This remodeled unit is one of the best kept secrets in Cabo. Unit is located on the 3rd floor & faces the marina. This suite boasts pocket doors, King bed, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, beach chairs, private WIFI, the list goes on and on. The Marina year round can be noisy. There are sound proof windows however there can be noise from bars and clubs.Not responsible for weather

Located in The Golden Zone of Los Cabos overlooking the Sea of Cortez. *Only 10 minutes to either San Jose del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas* Uber is ~$10 usd to either SJD or CSL downtown or take a $2usd motorcoach ride a short, safe 5 minute walk from the property. Cabo Marina 1 Bedroom Condo with Private Hot Tub

Our condo is on the Marina of Cabo San Lucas and we pay the Airbnb fees in our listing our prices are all upfront. Enjoy the entire condo with amazing outdoor space. Paraiso Residences has 24 hour security. There is currently construction going on in the Paraiso community. This condo is just minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Relax on the rooftop patio in our amazing private hot tub. Concierge services available.

Luxury apartment with the best view to the ARCH.

The property includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open living area with a beautiful sectional sofa and a large TV; dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy terrace with ocean view and beautiful outdoor furniture . The complex offers 3 swimming pools, tennis court and Gym. A few minutes away from the wonderful beach El Medano in Cabo San Lucas. Definitely the best place to stay in Cabo San Lucas.
