We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Stor lummig trädgård i sydvästläge med privat känsla och med havsutsikt på sina ställen. Du har nära till matbutik, restaurang, golfbana och tennis. Den stora stugan renoverades 2023 och ett nytt trädäck byggdes våren 2024. Det finns luftkonditionering med möjlighet till uppvärmning. Gäststugan är en rymligt utrymme.
