Wainford Mill House is a stunning, spacious riverside house, which is part of a large former maltings/watermill building just outside Bungay. The house sleeps 12+2 people. You will have access to riverside gardens, a small boat and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also a wood-fired sauna cabin on an adjacent plot called the Secret Sauna (book a slot early to avoid disappointment-details on request). We have also recently opened a speciality coffeeshop opposite, open Thurs/Fridays and weekends.

This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

This beautiful Victorian townhouse in the centre of Norwich boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, a kitchen, bathroom & downstairs toilet as well as a paved garden area with a table & chairs. Ajoining the rear sitting room is a cozy snug with a beanbag chair, a television with NowTV & Disney+ access and DVDs & games suitable for children of all ages. At the front of the property is a drive which can comfortably accommodate 1 large car or 2 small cars. All on-road parking nearby is permit-only.

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

One end of a 17th century, grade II listed farmhouse, providing peaceful and secluded accommodation, surrounded by fields, 1/3 mile from a country road. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.
