The apartment was really nice and what was expected from the flora, the room was big and spacious for us 2 adults and 1 child, nice and warm, nice and clean upon arrival, lovely view in the forest, doesn’t smell of smoke! Just a short walk into the resort and lifts, host was very responsive to messages and helpful, would be happy to book this again, thanks very much, provided with small kitchen area with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave along with sink hob etc, bath and overhead shower 👍

Die Unterkunft ist unter dem Dach in einem zentralen Haus in Smolyan. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten drunter. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei geräumigen Zimmern (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Küchenecke, aber ohne Kochplatte), einem Bad und einem kleinen Balkon mit Aussicht. Sie war sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Wlan funktioniert und im Sat--TV gibt es sogar einige deutsche Programme. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar, und Mihail kann einem Tips für Aktivitäten geben. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

The studio is located on the main street near the beach, shops, restaurants and a park with a playground. There are enough parking spaces on the street right in front of the location. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a stay. All devices are in working condition. The host was very responsive to our requests. The pool and the garden are permanently clean and maintained. We would love to come back

Grandioses Apartment im Dachgeschoß eines schön renovierten Hauses in der Altstadt von Sozopol, direkt oberhalb der Küstenfelsen. Der Ausblick vom eigenen Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, funktional, modern und ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Das große Bett und das Schlafsofa sind äusserst bequem, also haben wir uns auch blendend ausruhen können. Zum Strand schlendert man etwa 10 min bergab durch die Altstadt und kommt an allerhand netten Boutiquen und Schmuckläden vorbei - vor allem der Stand der kreativen Schmuckkünstlerin Tanya Tabakova ist sehr empfehlenswert :). Herzlichen Dank auch für den Tipp, ins Restaurant Neptun zu gehen, das nur 1min vom Apartment entfernt lliegt. Wir haben da jeden Abend sehr gut und zu reellen Preisen (ist keine Touristenfalle) auf der Terasse mit Meeresblick gegessen und wurden immer sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Fazit: wir planen definitiv wieder zu kommen! Vielen Dank!

I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment in Varna. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to the city center. The host, Ruslan, was very communicative and accommodating. The garage was a great convenience. Overall, a great experience!

Cute studio on the ground floor of a small block of flats. Visitors with cars should remember to request the remote for the underground garage, otherwise they'll have to park on the street.

Elitsa è stata una host molto gentile e disponibile, che ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise. Inoltre è stata anche molto flessibile con l’orario di check-in e check-out permettendoci di lasciare all’interno dell’appartamento le valigie per buona parte dell’ultima giornata, cosa per nulla scontata! L’appartamento è molto vasto, pulito e situato in un’ottima posizione! Consigliamo assolutamente il pernottamento in questa struttura!

Great place to stay, would recommend. The host was very responsive to questions before our arrival as well as responding very quickly to any questions we had while in Sofia. This made us feel very comfortable in being able to sort anything out. Location was great, walking distance to everything we needed. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and made for a very comfortable stay, the massage chair was a particular favourite! Would visit this place again. Thank you.

very spacious flat, great views, great city, supermarket and mall near by, excellent access to public transport. only downside, one key for 5 people and the elevator got stuck once with us inside (don't overload it). overall very happy!

I had a fantastic stay at Milen's appartment - wonderful and cozy! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Milen was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal – close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. I especially loved the comfortable bed, the fireplace and the lovely balcony. Много готино и приятно местенце, на много удобно место - буквално на 5-10 мин пеша от центъра. Наличието на място за паркиране го прави още по-удобно. Определено бих повторил в бъдеще.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was peaceful and comfortable, also very conveniently located in the beautiful Old Town. The host was friendly and very kindly dropped me to the bus station to meet my taxi transfer to the airport.

Amazing place, at a fantastic location, only thing is there is no elevator in the building, so you have to climb 4 floors, but other than that it's fantastick!

Mariya war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und reaktionsschnell bei Fragen. Die Wohnung sah genau wie auf den Bildern aus und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch kochen konnte man gut in der Wohnung. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Zum Strand läuft man ungefähr 25 Minuten, was für dieses Preis- Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall mehr als fair ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung mit viel Liebe und Detail geschmückt und man fühlt sich darin sehr wohl. Für zwei Personen für eine Woche auf jeden Fall mehr als ausreichend.

Georgi's place was clean and comfortable, and the desk made it a good place to work. It was very cold the day I arrived, but Georgi was quick to inform me about the extra heater when I asked. The proximity to the bus stop, where the airport shuttle dropped me off, was a bonus. The only drawback is that it's on the fifth floor–something to keep in mind if you have a heavy suitcase (as I did). Nevertheless, Georgi's apartment was a great place to land in Blagoevgrad.
