Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!

Locuința intr-un spatiu retras și totuși ușor accesibil cu masina, gazda extrem de prietenoasa și de ajutor, casa corespunde imaginilor postate și este călduroasă și bine împărțită. Are un grătar mare, electric foarte util. Mulțumim Mary pentru găzduire și recomandări.

Студиото беше страхотно – уютно, чисто и много приятно. Имаше всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Атмосферата беше топла и приветлива, точно като на снимките. Бих отседнала отново с удоволствие и горещо препоръчвам!

Great location and responsive host

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

A true gem ! First off you don’t find many (if any) historic villas with a swimming pool at this magnificent Tarnovo location. One of a kind. Great location and accommodation and a great host !! As noted by others this is perfect for young families and the pool is very safe and kid friendly - even with a 4 year old. Very thoughtful and beautiful restoration of an old historic house just steps away from everything this amazing city had to offer. Would love to stay again there !

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι , με ιδιωτικότητα, ηρεμία , ωραίοι χώροι , η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και ιδιωτική. Το σπίτι μέσα είχε ότι χρειαζοσουν δεν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε κάτι έξτρα . δεν βγήκαμε αρκετά βραδιά έξω γιατί αυτή η βεράντα είναι ότι καλύτερο!!! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική μας εξυπηρέτησε με το παραπάνω και δεν μας ενόχλησε κανένας κατά τη διαμονή μας . είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα , σε έναν πανέμορφο καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. 10/10

The place was beautifully maintained and spotless. The furniture was new, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed—cooking utensils, glasses, pans, as well as entertainment options like board games, a TV, and books. The hosts thought of every detail, providing even mosquito sprays, and the atmosphere was really cosy. The pool was lovely and exclusively for our use, but it wasn't as private as we had hoped due to neighboring houses in the same yard. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer, sehr freundliche Nachbarn, extra Lob an die tolle Bedienung im Restaurant direkt im Haus - wir hatten eine super Woche und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location in the Old Town, everything was within walking distance, and it was a unique place to stay. While it's a fairly basic setup, it's perfect for a short stay. It was a comfortable and cozy home with a nice courtyard. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Nous cherchions une maison calme, dans la campagne, avec un grand jardin pour deux petits enfants. La maison de Nina s'est révélée à la hauteur de nos attentes, même au fort de l'hiver. Quand l'eau a gelé, un plombier a aussitôt été envoyé par la propriétaire pour résoudre le problème; et la cuisine au poêle à bois fut une merveilleuse expérience. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer, lire, marcher dans un village modeste, certes, mais très accueillant, aux habitants chaleureux. Commerces accessibles à pied, dont un café-restaurant très agréable. Mention spéciale à la voisine, Stanka, toujours disponible, une belle âme. Nous sommes partis à regret. Une perle d'AirBnb.

It''s been a pleasure staying here! The room was exactly as shown in the picture, everything was super clean & cozy, the garden is fabulous! Dora is extremely kind & always responsive, she shared some of the best figs and tomatoes from her garden. Definitelly recommending this!

Todo lo que diga es poco. Hemos probado varios alojamientos en Sofía y en los alrededores y este sin duda ha sido el mejor. Sin ningún gran lujo pero con todo lo necesario y lleno de detalles (té variados, café, tostadas, gel, toallas, cepillos de dientes, bastoncillos para los oídos, libros ...) tal cual como a nosotros nos gusta. Con los anfitriones muy cerca para cualquier cosa que necesitas y a la vez muy discretos. Dorothy y su familia son muy entrañables. Ha sido un verdadero placer. Si en un futuro volvemos por el lugar volveremos allí, sin ninguna duda.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Had such an amazing stay at this house. Definitely coming back again for the summer time. Alex was an awesome host that was constantly in touch when we got a little lost and he even sorted sending our passports to us when we had left them on the table in a rush. The villa is great! I recommend this place to everyone! It was snowing a lot outside, but it was warm and cozy inside. The hosts are very kind people. They are always ready to help if you need anything. The villa is nicely furnished and has everything you need. There is parking for 2 cars.

Es war unser erster Bulgarien-Aufenthalt und sicher nicht der letzte! Bereits im Buchungsprozess war Krasimir ein Engel. Im Vorfeld haben wir top Unterstützung bekommen, zB bei der Organisation der Autos. Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Krasimir’s bezaubernden Hauses wurden wir sehr angenehm begleitet von ihm und seiner Mutter, die gemeinsam in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein etwas größeres Gästehaus führen. Alle Wünsche wurden prompt und in Krasimirs freundlicher unaufgeregter und immer witzig charmanten Art erfüllt. Wir haben ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen etwas abseits des all-inclusive Trubels gesucht und ein kleines, einfaches, aber umso liebevoller gestaltetes Paradies gefunden. Die Steilküstenstrände sind in höchstens 10 -15 Minuten zu erreichen, und das absolute Highlight war Krasimir’s Angelbootstour um die Klippen von Kaliakra. Musik, Kunst und Kultur gibts inclusive, denn Krasimir organisiert mannigfaltige Veranstaltungen im Dorf und belebt damit die gesamte Gemeinde!
