The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

Ground floor own entrance, separate kitchen, lounge/dining area with french doors onto private patio with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, dinner etc. Downstairs toilet, also a seating area to front courtyard. Stairs leading to first floor with King size bed overlooks garden, and off to landing is a large walk in shower room with toilet and basin. The Annexe has been totally refurbished with quality fixtures, and furnishings. Bath/ beach towels

My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.
