Our conveniently located studio apartment is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches. Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.
