House was well equipped, beds super comfy, temp in house was warm, especially in the AM. Shower needs attention for drainage & temp settings. Would be useful to have washer/dryer available. Didn't use sauna unfortunately, we had hoped to. only lounge TV was usable, bedroom TVs had no connection. Wifi was brill.

Love my stay . Beautiful apartment. She did such an amazing job with the birthday set up for my boyfriend. He loved it . Definitely will stay again

I couldn’t say enough great things about Marcus! He was so incredibly friendly and communicative. His space was flawless, absolutely beautiful! Clean, heated floors and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, extra large TV’s, a beautiful aesthetic, a large kitchen space, super comfortable beds. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay! He even made sure to help guide us to his parking and out of his drive upon check out. Very thoughtful, kind & personable human. 10/10 would recommend. I only ever had one qualm the entire stay and it was an upstairs neighbor who was loud one morning of our stay (starting at 4am) but Marcus very quickly addressed this and it was a non issue from that moment forward. They were very mindful the rest of our stay. I am very grateful for this host, his welcoming personality & his attention to detail. If I return to the city I will definitely be staying here again!

First, Mercedes and her Property Manager Andrew were VERY personable and responsive. Extremely helpful and willing to deliver new sheets/comforters when we notified them that all the towels and comforters had been piled next to the laundry machine and were unwashed. We had to wash all of the towels, etc. the first day of our vacation, but we wanted to stay in and rest anyway, so it wasn't a big problem. Our only other concerns were that there were no microwaveable dishes, bowls or cups (only four of each and plastic, which shouldn't be microwaved, so we had to buy microwaveable paper plates). The sole frying pan is very small, and there are no mixing bowls, colanders, etc. to make salad and again, nothing microwaveable. I left a bottle opener there for the next guests. The washing machine is very hard to figure out, even after a detailed explanation by the Property Manager. There's no towel rack in the bathroom, but Andrew was very attentive to bring hangers when we asked. $288/night.

The accommodation was good value for money, although the rooms were slightly less soundproof. The whole hostel is very new and upmarket and I was very happy with it :)

Host was very responsive whenever I had a question and I really appreciated this. Place was clean and decor was nice as well. Host did her best to make us feel right at home.

Isaiah was a really nice host since the beginning! He explain very well all the rules and about the place is exactly like the photos, super clean, a lot of details and the neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. It was our first time in NYC and in my opinion worth it, the location is far away only like 35 minutes in Uber but you also can use the Subway and PATH. You are far away from the crazy city and you can sleep nice and the place is super comfy I highly recommend and of course if I back to NY or NJ I would love to stay again here!

This will be my go to when I come to nyc this place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The sauna was such a plus and the views were breathtaking and so relaxing. This place is very modern and I was more than pleased with this place ! The stairs made me work out for sure but everything was worth it would stay here again 100%!

If you're ok with being away from the masses in Manhattan, this place is amazing!! The house is a wonderfully newly developed tri-level house with a great view of the river. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

I stopped at Lily’s house for 3 nights as a female solo traveller. It was my first time visiting NYC and Lily was super helpful! On the first morning, she walked to the bus stop with me, and made sure I knew which bus to get to get to and from Manhattan. She was super hospitable, really made you feel at home. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was always clean with fresh towels etc, and the home is beautiful! The area of Leonia is a lovely suberb, very peaceful and tranquil. Location wise - it takes around 35/40 minutes to reach Manhattan, and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk down the road. I would absolutely stay with Lily again if I came back to NYC. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

È stata una bellissima settimana passata a New York. Si arriva a New York con svariati Bus in 20/25 minuti, fermata è proprio dietro angolo, ma state tranquilli che con loro non sbagliate perche’ saranno a disposizione vostra al 100%. Nella zona ci sono svariati ristoranti dove potete mangiare ad un prezzo modico e piccoli supermercati per la vostra spesa. Dave e Lorena sono semplicemente fantastici.🥰 Vi portero’ sempre nel mio cuore❤️. Grazie infinite a tutti voi per la vostra cordialita’ e accoglienza nella vostra casa. Paolo

릴리의 숙소는 매우 조용하고, 청결하며 안정감을 줍니다. 설명대로 숙소에서 7분정도 거리에 버스정류장이 있으며 그걸타고 한번에 맨하탄까지 약 30분만에 도착할 수 있습니다. 저는 맨하탄으로 츌퇴근을 하면서 한번도 불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 호스트 역시 매우 친절하여 머무는 동안 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다.

Lily and her family are wonderful and kind! The house is cozy and kept very clean. I've had a great stay and got some well needed rest.

La casa es hermosa, ubicada en una zona muy segura y tranquila. Es un hermoso lugar para salir a caminar y disfrutar de los dias lindos. Lily es una gran host, muy cálida y respetuosa. Yo me hospedé en su casa justo los dias que ella estaba organizando el cumpleaños de su hija y aun asi siempre estuvo pendiente a mi y mis necesidades. Volveria sin duda alguna
