Clean and affordable place in New jersey. Responsive host . Need to take nj transit bus to New York . Good view of nyc skyline at walking distance .

Gloria’s place is so special. The original parts of the home are so unique and well maintained and it’s clearly a loved home. The architecture is incredible and it’s nestled in the most idyllic surroundings. Loved the outdoor areas, we had a magical time. Thank you so much, Gloria!

Pete's house is spacious, really comfortable for our large family reuinion, especially accommadating for our 2 year old toddler. Pete is a great house, timely responses and very flexible on checkin. He ordered some house items immediately when needed, very resonsive. The location is great, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes from downtown nightlife and restaurants and train station for quick trips to NYC. Highly recommended, would stay again if we're back in the area.

Nice place, responsive host Only gripe is that there are extra doors in the place that lock from the other side. The main door didn’t have a separate deadbolt to lock from the inside. To that end, we had no issues and a pleasant stay

I really enjoyed my stay! I was in town for two days for a concert and this place was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to recreation, restaurants, and entertainment. Nicole is a wonderful host and very responsive. I love the aesthetics and decor too! I would highly recommend!!

Coming from someone that was born and raised NY. This is the best place for anyone to come and visit. Whenever I come to NY I will be staying here every time 100%! Nalini’s home feels like my home. Super comfy, all the space you need, plenty of front of house parking, and easy access to Southern State and close to some of the best restaurants that’s I love. There is so much more I can say and describe about this place but everyone will have to see for themselves how great this place really is!

This place was amazing and everything I wanted! I stayed here with my groomsmen before my wedding in New York. Very nice neighborhood and great home type feeling inside. Me and my groomsmen with their significant others were thoroughly blessed to be able to stay here. Joanne was a fantastic host with all the recommendations and quick responses to any questions I had!

My family of four had a truly wonderful experience at Mabel’s place. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and above all very convenient to get into NYC. Mabel is a very responsive host - always available and helpful! The place itself is quiet, and we got very restful sleep after spending the days in the city. We also had the chance to visit family and friends in New Jersey given the location. I would highly recommend Mabel’s place and her other listings (going by how good our experience was!)

The apartment was an absolute gem. A great space with a large kitchen/diner area, two great bedrooms and a large lounge. But even better it's on a quiet street 1 block from lots of great stores and restaurants and a short walk to the PATH station that gets you into Manhatten in 10 minutes. So you get a great location and a great space at a price far cheaper than staying on the island! Emily gave great instructions and responded to messages quickly and the kitchen was really well equipped. Overall it was a brilliant location for our 13 yr old Niece's first visit to the USA and NYC.

For a family of 4 this was a perfect stay! The shower was so phenomenal, absolutely loved it. Was 40-50 minutes from manhattan driving so not to bad! The beds was so comfy after a long day of walking. The upstairs neighbors was definitely alittle loud at times when they’re running around but they’re making memories just like us so we can’t complain about that to much. Will definitely book again next time I come visit New York!

The location is unbeatable, and the apartment is surprisingly quiet — something you truly appreciate in New York. The bathroom is spacious, and while the kitchen is small, it has everything you need for a good breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The cost-to-location ratio is excellent. If you're looking for a great place to stay in New York, this is definitely a solid option

Hands down Angela was the best host that I’ve booked with on Airbnb. My family and I traveled from North Carolina and felt very safe, comfortable and welcomed. Her place looks just like the pictures. Great location, peaceful area, in walking distance to everything and not far from the airport at all. Angela was very responsive and replies back immediately after messaging even during the middle of the night. I will definitely be booking with her again and I highly recommend her place

The Urban Oasis in Jersey City is a great location if you are visiting New York. Last week we travelled with two adults and 4 teenagers/young adults. The appartment is nice and spacious enough with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen and a sitting area. It takes a nice stroll (in a very walkable neighbourhood) of approximately 20 minutes to the PATH-trains, which take you to the World Trade Center (South-Manhattan: cruises to Liberty and Ellis Island, 9/11-museum, Wall-street, Supreme Court) or to 33rd street (Times Square). We loved staying in New Jersey, because it is quiet and gives you a broader perspective on New York than only NYC.. The appartment is clean and has a nicely furnished interior. The kitchen is fully appointed and we cooked 4 days ourselves (out of seven), although there are enough good restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhoud. Mete (the host) is very communicative and always responsive and helpful when you have questions. We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Eva is a wonderful host. Her house is large and beautiful, with wonderful views over a park like property. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is impeccable and very modern. Her breakfasts are legendary: I mentioned that I liked eggs and yoghurt and berries for breakfast and got the most elaborate and tasty meal possible! Eva is a lovely person who makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I had a very pleasant stay, and will certainly return.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

Lovely place with a great view! We enjoyed our stay and the host was always pleasant and helpful.

It is a simple but clean home. We love the dining area in the kitchen, especially with the morning sunshine. The coffee machine is handy for a refreshing day. The host is very kind and works hard in the backyard, which is a neat place with cherry blossom and tall trees. We also had a nice evening chatting with the host and enjoyed a bottle of Bordeaux wine. It would be our choice of stay if we would comeback to the area again.
