Modern & Quiet Serenity Getaway Enhanced Cleaning

Located in a nice and quiet tree lined neighborhood. It's located right off Sanford blvd which has all the local shops. Which includes Stop & Shop, Target, CVS, Burger King, McDonald's and KFC just to name a few. Some of the amenities available are Smart Tv,WiFi, work station,coffee maker, cookware and utensils, iron, ironing board and hair dryer just to name a few. There's also plenty of parking. It's also a 15 min walk to metro north Station, you can be in the NYC in 25-30min.

Convenient to all transportation Shopping Centers/Malls, Restaurants/Dining, Empire City Casino, Cross-County, Bay Plaza, City Island Seafood, Glen Island Park, Memorial Field, are all located 15 minutes or less from the apartment. 20 minutes from Laguardia Airport by car/40 minutes from Kennedy Airport by car. 35 minutes from New York City by Metro North Train. 30 minutes or less from all Lower Westchester Parks, Pools, Waterfronts etc.

Cozy I bedroom appartment. within walking distance to mclean Avenue Lots of Bars & restaurants and everything you need only mins away. Empire casino & Cross county shopping mall 5 mins drive. Ridge hill shopping mall 10.mins drive. 15 mins drive to Manhattan. All local bus & trains 5 mins away.. Overall great location in a quiet & safe neighborhood.

One bedroom apartment on the top floor of a house with a private entrance. Brand-new kitchen, spacious living/dining room area & bedroom with queen bed. Just a 4-minute walk to Wakefield MTA train station and a 5-minute walk to McLean Ave. Quiet street with ample parking.
