I had the most wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

Hannah and George were super helpful, the house was characterful and has all that you need. It was lovely as a family reunion as there was plenty of space, and access to a garden and the toys was so appreciated.

This was the perfect place stay for our weekend in Bradford On-Avon! The lovely garden studio was exactly as described, with everything you needed and a short walk from the restaurants/shops/sights. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and so friendly, giving lots of local recommendations. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bradford On-Avon.

John and Valerie were very frindly and helpful. We were able to check in early when we arrived and were able to lock our bicycles up securely in their enclosed garden before setting of on a local walk. The accomodation was just as shown in the photos and very confortable with an old world feel about it. The converstion from a chapel to a three bedrooom, two bathroom home is charming and practical. There are two excellent local pubs, The Bell Inn next door and the Boat Inn on the other side of a foot bridge over the river Wye.

Alan & Phyl’s property was comfortable and the location was in easy access of shops and restaurants/pubs. Friendly hosts who were very welcoming of my late check-in. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay with Beth. The place was beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The best part was the location where you wake up inside a lovely rustic building surrounded by a beautiful farm. When we get a chance to go to the Cotswolds, we will go back there again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for calm after a day of exploring the Cotswolds and Bath.

Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely hope to stay again.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Sarah and her husband's place in Bath. The property had everything we needed and matched the listing and photos perfectly. The views were absolutely stunning, and the free parking was a huge bonus. It was just a short walk to the town centre, which made exploring super convenient. The beautiful linens and luxury bath towels added a real touch of comfort and quality. Sarah and her husband were amazing hosts—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating with check-in and check-out, going above and beyond, which was very much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bath and would happily stay again!

This is a fabulous find! Very spacious and beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and linens/towels. The bed was soooo comfy with lovely sheets. We had everything we needed, and Tina was such a lovely host. An added bonus was the private patio area with comfortable seating and lovely planting. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there were lots of nice touches. Highly recommended - we’ll be back!

Beautiful space and decorated to a really high standard. There is the noise from the busy road however it was still a really lovely cottage garden feel. It is a studio (one room and a bathroom ) which is mentioned however I would have valued a photo to reflect that. Definitely worth staying here!

Adams place exceeded all our expectations. It was fully accessible, immaculately clean and everything worked. Excellent breakfast supplies replenished daily . Wonderful location close to restaurants and shops and an excellent pub just steps away . We had a great stay and hope to return. If we could give 6 stars we would.

We had a fabulous stay with Joel and Hannah! Beautiful annex with everything you need, plenty of walks on your door stop and lots to do. We couldn’t have asked for more - thank you for having us!

We could not have wished for a more relaxing break. Lovely to see Gay and Jonathan again, as welcoming and friendly as ever - you could not wish for better hosts. The studio is a joy to spend time in and is very well thought out and cared for. When we did tear ourselves away from it (it's so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in!) we easily filled our time with a variety of things to do from the doorstep. Exploring BoA itself: the Tithe Barn area and the area called Tory, with its great views and lovely gardens. We also did walks to Iford Manor, Freshford, and Limpley Stoke (great pub with imaginative menu and lovely outdoor space!). Canal and river walks so pleasant and easy. We had some lovely food out but also found it perfect for picking up bits and pieces locally (including a good Sainsbury's, which we walked to along the canal) when we decided to cook for ourselves. We have booked to come back, can't wait for our lovely little 'mini' break!

We had a lovely quiet stay at Anne’s woodland annex. The place gives a real feeling of being in a remote part of the world while being a short distance to Monmouth. We most enjoyed the fire pit and the amazing sunset we got to enjoy up a path 200 metres behind the property. Anne and Andy were friendly and discreet hosts. We’ll be back for sure.

I extended my stay and really enjoyed my time here, it had everything I needed for a long stay and Donna and Neil were great hosts.

lovely escape. peaceful with fantastic walking straight from the door. can walk into Stroud along a peaceful country lane in c45mins. great pub short walk away. Caroline was a lovely responsive host. would definitely recommend.
