Jake and I are fully committed to providing you the Home away from Home. No management company here, no cleaning fee, we do it all ourselves. Communication, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - our reviews show we take pride in the place. Now if we could only figure out how to provide the perfect weather!

This home is a spacious converted barn with 2 bedrooms, and kitchen/family room, studio, loft and one bathroom. It is set in the woods just a few miles from Lake Superior. Being off the shore of Lake Superior has it's advantages--it is quieter and at night so dark that if it is clear you can reach out and touch the millions of stars in the sky. The grounds are ample with a large covered patio and fire ring. Reservations less than 2 day prior please message us we will do our best to accommodate.

Experience Duluth Arts in the BB Makers Loft

The BB Makers Loft vacation rental is the newly renovated studio apartment above the BB Event Gallery. Charming, unique, and locally furnished, visitors of the BB Makers Loft experience Duluth’s local and vibrant arts community first hand. Unlike any other hotel or vacation rental, the BB visitors can stay, sleep, shop, and support local artisans right from the comfort of the loft. The home is located in the Spirit Valley neighborhood in West Duluth. Canal Park and Downtown is a 10 min drive.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Amble down to nearby, kid-friendly Billings Park, or we're just a short drive away from anything in Superior or Duluth, including shopping, the arts, and our gorgeous Lake Superior!

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. Be sure to enjoy our Sauna! We are located 5 miles off lake Superior near some of the best outdoor activities MN has to offer: Gooseberry Falls (13min), Split Rock (20min) and Stewart river (3mi) for trout fishing.
