Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

I suggestivi riflessi creati dalle montagne rispecchiate sull'acqua vi incanteranno dalle prime ore del mattino fino al tramonto. Durante la sera, quando scende il buio, le montagne si riempiranno di tante luci delle abitazioni dirimpetto che creeranno un'atmosfera romantica e rilassante per una vacanza indimenticabile.

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Situata nel borgo dei pescatori , Casa Anna Maria garantisce ai suoi ospiti relax e tranquillità. Su tre livelli dispone di due camere matrimoniali , una camera con due letti singoli , due bagni e due terrazze vista lago con vasca idromassaggio e solarium. Casa Anna Maria è prospiciente la chiesa di San Giovanni e le sue terrazze sono proprio sotto il campanile . A due minuti a piedi il porticciolo e la spiaggia. La casa è stata riqualificata a livello energetico e offre anche una colonnina per la ricarica elettrica delle auto nel giardino di proprietà
