This home sleeps up to 8 people, with 3 beds upstairs, a big comfy L-shaped couch in the living room & 2 air mattresses & has a heated 2 car garage. Large kitchen and Deck for family gatherings. Pontoon Boat Available for Rent upon request! The house comes with Paddleboards & Kayaks as well as floats for the lake. Grill & fire pit on site as well.

During summer season you can bring a boat or jet ski's to put in at the public dock & enjoy our floating raft (no diving), dock/seawall area is a great fishing location (bring your own fishing gear), we have 2 kayaks for you to enjoy, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating in both sun &shade.

This two bedroom, one bath has sleeping for 6! We offer free high speed internet, 2 kayaks, a 4 person paddleboat, and a dock! Whether you want to swim, boat fish, or relax around the fire pit, this home has it. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, along with 2 window air conditioners.

Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.

Explore 1100 acres of all sports connected waterways starting on Morrison Lake from this tastefully decorated lake cottage fully outfitted for a nice time with the family and friends. Comfortable cottage on Craig Lake in Coldwater, Michigan. Hang out in the huge yard, where you’ll find a fire pit, or enjoy the view from the three-seasons room. Fish from the dock, and even bring your own boat. A public launch is nearby and there is room to park your boat trailer on our property.
