Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

It is dog-friendly and features an enclosed private garden with your own patio & BBQ. For our four-legged guests, be sure to book one of our fantastic dog playfields on site. Despite the peaceful rural setting, convenience is close by: • 2 min drive to a major supermarket • 12 min train journey to Bath A perfect blend of countryside calm and city access.

Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Romantic Country Escape - Superking, Sauna, Gym

“Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.
