The Cowshed Apartment

Architect Designed Eco home is warm, friendly and compact. Two bedrooms both with double beds. The MVHR delivers constant filtered fresh air and the GSHP offers underfloor heating to all areas. The Cartshed is family owned & restored from a 150 year old derelict farm building into a cosy cottage. With off road access to the Trans Pennine Trail upto the Peak District it’s the perfect base for getting away from it all and immersing yourself in the great outdoors. The cottage benefits from modern amenities whilst retaining traditional features & is located in a private farmstead, an idyllic peaceful setting overlooking open countryside. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome per stay.s

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.

Tucked away down a country lane, Comfortable and welcoming, Winking Owl Cottage is a really pretty place, perfect for rambling, birdwatching, and simply enjoying the breathtaking Yorkshire countryside and the unbeatable local hospitality. You can see deer in the forest, bullfinch, kingfishers, nuthatches, and herons, and you can hear the owls nocturnal twit wooing. Close to a waterfall on the river Dearne, this truly is a magical place.

The Tack Store is a new barn conversion on our small farm outside the village of Silkstone. Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland, it's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet & walking. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. We have tried really hard to create a relaxing home away from home. A hot tub will be installed for bookings April 25 onwards.

This is an absolutely divine, upmarket property in a secluded part of the countryside. We have a luxurious designer kitchen and bathroom, cosy modern living room and two quiet bedrooms (one double and one can be twin or double). Outside is a lovely spacious patio and well-kept garden with grand views and visiting hens and ducks. Off-street parking for 2. Be aware there is an unfenced pond - young children will need adult supervision.
