This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

The Boomerang in Nabiac

Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful getaway, away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Your only a short 5 min walk to Nabiac Village shops, including cafe and a pub, both with great food. Local swimming pool (closed in the winter months) kids skate park and playground. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
