This cosy peaceful cottage is situated in an elevated position in the beautiful Shropshire hills in an AONB. It is a lovely place for walkers or cyclists alike or just for a haven to unwind . There is a private garden space which is ideal to enjoy some al fresco drinks and BBQ and a conservatory, perfect for spotting the birds feeding . We are blessed with no light pollution and the night skies are amazing and we enjoy an abundance of wildlife with curlews , hedgehogs , bats to name but a few.

In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room has a log burner and QLED TV. Super fast fibre broadband throughout.

Welcome to No. 16. Come into the cottage through the porch. It's somewhere you can put wet coats and leave muddy boots, then go into the kitchen to make a cup of tea. You'll find all you need for your stay, including teas, coffee, bread, butter, jam and cereals. There's a Calor gas range cooker, a microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, wooden spoons and the like. You should find everything you need to cook a meal. If you need something particular, please ask.
