Sunny Cottage

A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

You’ll love it because of its private wooded location, near quiet beaches and lighthouses, but with easy access to Portland and Kennebunkport. We're adjacent to a large bit of conservation land so you might catch a glimpse of deer or wild turkeys, or hear owls and coyotes at night. We have been hosting guests through another platform for more than 15 years, and are happy to say that we have consistent 5 star reviews.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a cute apartment with plants that makes you feel like you are in the forest. Enjoy your own private one bedroom, one bath, with a private deck. Free off street parking. Located in Saco within walking distance of downtown. 7 min drive to Old Orchard Beach. We decorated with a Bohemian Treehouse style. Perfect size for a single person or couple. We brought some of our most cherished art and plants from our own home. Enjoy!
