Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. This modern house is beautifully furnished in a vintage contemporary style and offers all home comforts including a wood burner (gas fired). With 2 spacious double/twin bedrooms (one en suite) and a cosy bunk bedroom, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy this lovely part of the world. As well as one of the best beaches in the UK on your doorstep, the stunning town of Rye is a short drive away.

The Crow’s Nest is a quirky, stylish & cosy retreat right in the centre off Rye, in the heart of the ancient citadel. Family-friendly or a romantic retreat for two, it's on the 1st & 2nd floors of a Grade II Listed building dating back to the 1500s, managed by Hannah. It’s ideal for a staycation. On the first floor there's a living room, kitchen & bathroom. On the 2nd floor there's a double bedroom & a twin bedroom with two full-size single ‘cabin’ beds, connected by a dressing room.

Easy walk from the station and a short walk to the local play park and leisure centre. Private parking spot for the duration of your stay, which is a godsend in Rye!

Willow Cottage is a large four bedroom bungalow in the heart of Camber. It's in a prime location with the long sandy beach a stone’s throw away, the property is situated down a private lane with a large back garden, where the beach can be accessed in less then a minute from the garden gate. It sleeps 8 guests with private parking for up to 4 cars. Dogs are most welcome to stay with no extra charge.

Kahytten Beach House on Winchelsea Beach

Kahytten [Danish for ships cabin but also used to describe a fisherman’s retreat] is a cosy and light filled beach house, two minute's walk from the beach in a lovely seaside village with good amenities. Ideal for couple or small family. Well equipped kitchen, central heating and cosy living space. This is a lovely space all year round with beautiful walks on beach and nature reserve.

You’ll love my place because of the wonderful views across open countryside, the hot tub, the spiral staircase and the tree growing through the balcony. It's as close as you can get to a treehouse with all the comforts of home. You can even book a massage onsite :) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Oast Cottage

Oast Cottage is on the edge Ashdown Forest with beautiful walks. Various children's activities within 30-45 mins away, Quiet location, with amazing views, comfy beds. You can reach a local pub (Crow & Gate) by a nearby footpath taking 20 mins roughly. All other pubs and shops are a 10 minute drive away.

This very comfortable 3 bed family cottage is situated in a picturesque Sussex village just 4 miles from Eastbourne surrounded by the Downs. With a large garden and just a short stroll from buses to Eastbourne and Brighton, the fabulous Tiger Inn, and within walking distance of Birling Gap beach.
