Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Plas y Foel Basement

This one bedroom basement guest suite is self contained accommodation underneath our family home. It has its own entrance with access to an outdoor terrace and small garden. It can sleep up to 4 people, with Twin beds in the bedroom and a double bed settee in the sitting room area. TV for DVD's, a good selection is provided. There is a kitchenette area and I provide for guests a basic breakfast, of cereals, toast, milk butter, orange juice tea and coffee.
