The property sleeps 4; Consisting of a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. It has a fully functional kitchenette with small dining area. Situated within the grounds of Bryn Llys, it offers a tranquil setting with ten acres of gardens, lake and woodland to explore and relax in. Close to the border of Snowdonia National park, the cottage is a 10 min walk to local amenities in the village of Bethesda. Hafan is a short walk from Zip World and is well located to explore all that the beautiful surrounding area has to offer.

The house can sleep up to 6 guests , with two double bedrooms and a single with bunkbeds . There are two spacious private gardens either side with views of Snowdon/ Wyddfa and neighbouring mountains. The patio garden has a large outdoor seating area . The house also has private parking for two cars and fast fibre optic broad band.

Quality cooker, fridge and kitchen items. Sleeping 2 in a super king Feather & Black bed with Emma mattress, a z-bed is available if requested for a young child.
