Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Delightful 1 bedroom detached studio with private entrance and onsite parking. Character, spacious open plan living, beautifully furnished, vaulted ceilings and large walk-in shower room. Outside seating area with lovely views over main garden. Ideal for a relaxing break with local walks and renowned country pub less than a 10 min walk. Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

Southwood Gardens annexe in Cookham

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Rustlings Rest includes it's own private entrance and courtyard with parking for one car. It offers peace and tranquility to anyone wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the surrounding areas.

Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge, Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Lovely hideaway for the discerning guest - visitors to Downton Abbey, accommodation for local shoots or simply a base for those who wish to enjoy the wide array of local walks. The studio also lends itself to anyone who wishes to pitch a tent outside and enjoy a camp fire in the wood as the evening sun sets. Summer bookings June-September weekends two night minimum.
