Charming house in the heart of Goring-on-Thames, perfect for riverside walks, cosy pubs and relaxing countryside breaks. The village sits between two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it ideal for holidays or long weekends. Refurbished in 2021 with two new bathrooms, updated kitchen, new flooring and quality furnishings throughout. Shops, pubs, the River Thames and trains to Oxford and London are all within easy walking distance. Direct trains reach London Paddington in under an hour.

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
