Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Located only 5 minutes from Downtown, this Little Old Mill House is a perfect place to stay! You will be close to many local coffee shops and cafes. The Swamp Rabbit Trail, Downtown, and Unity Park are just a short bike ride away. Our updated Mill House holds a lot of beautiful history and is filled with antiques and art from local artists. The yard doesn’t have a lot of privacy (transitional neighbourhood). NO PETS.
