The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests can use the barbecue located in the garden.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
