Had a brilliant stay for my partners 30th birthday! The cottage was really cute and cosy and the hot tub was brilliant too. Really comfortable bed and a 20 minute walk away from 'The Shears Inn' pub which is great for a drink and we also had a lovely dinner here. Lorraine (the host) was very responsive via messages and was prepared to go the extra mile for us at all times.

We had a wonderful stay, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful village! Everything was lovely., super comfortable and clean. Tori and Jack were great hosts and we would love to come back one day!

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

Very lovely hosts and the place in general is lovely for little families. The property has a very safe enclosed garden which is perfect if you've got little ones. The property is on the grounds of their own property which is something to be mindful of if you're expecting complete privacy. My only negative is that the basic necessities like tea/coffee/sugar are not provided to give you that little head start if you've travelled a long journey. That being said, the place is a beautiful little getaway x

Sue and Robert’s cottage was stunning. We had a lovely weekend with our young children. They were both super quick to reply, gave us lots of recommendations and explained how to use the hot tub (which was amazing with lovely views. The kids LOVED it) The welcome bits (bread, coffee, milk, juice ect) was a lovely touch. The place is immaculate and had lots of games and dvd’s. The area is beautiful and so peaceful. The kids said they wanted to stay there FOREVER which says it all. Thankyou Sue and Robert x

We had a lovely couple of nights at The Bothy! What a beautiful cottage and part of the New Forest! I have stayed in a few different parts and this was my favourite. I think I saw more donkeys than ever before which was a real treat as they are one of my favourite animals. Lots of other wildlife around too and some lovely pubs that did great food (and cocktails!) were in walking distance too, which was great. Chrissy goes that extra mile with some really nice touches inside the cottage, including a really beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. The bed was very comfortable and you’re spoilt for choice with the hot tub and a beautiful roll top bath within. She is close by and very responsive with any queries too. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

We had a very lovely stay at the cottage. It was exactly what we wanted. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous setting. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There is so much wildlife around which was beautiful to see. There is plenty of room and the hot tub was amazing. Keith is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble, he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this place and would stay again.

Wonderful spotless cottage in beautiful scenic surroundings. Idyllic for a couples retreat - hot tub, countryside walks and local pubs selling amazing food. Difficult to leave! Highly recommend. Sarah was the perfect host :)

The Air bnb is located in a lovely, peaceful area. There are walks close by which is great if you love to walk or have a dog. The place was very clean and was described accurately. We had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Thankyou for having us :)

We had a lovely time. Love the location. Perfect for walkers. Inside was light and airy. Bed was very comfortable. The animals were happy and friendly and the area has lots of wildlife. We enjoyed going for walks and visiting Hungerfords Elaine's for lunch. Look forward to visiting again.

Clean and tidy place and looked exactly as described. Ideal location for us to stay. Despite being on a working farm we found it very quiet and peaceful. Clear instructions for entry and Caroline was very responsive

Truely stunning stay. Such a beautiful home and location. Would recommend for a family stay as little ones loved the toys, charm and ample space.

Firstly thank you Paul & Sarah for your directions. If you put the cottage post code in to your sat nav it will have you carrying out a U turn on the A31 so please note the directions given. The cottage is in a lovely location and was cosy, well furnished, well equipped and clean. The garden was lovely and great for our dogs but small dogs can squeeze through gaps in the fence (Paul is aware and is planning to block off any escape routes). There were fresh tulips and shortbread to greet us, which was a lovely touch, as well as lovely toiletries. Paul & Sarah were responsive to any queries or needs we had. There are lovely walks through the forest right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor hose for washing muddy footwear and paws. There are outside lights but the torch inside the cottage came in handy. We would happily recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

What a great setting for an escape to the country! I already miss waking up with the chickens and pigs to greet me every day. I also saw more wild animals and birds in my walks around here in a week, than I have in years in London. Auriol is a great host, relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly, and the property is exactly as described and shown here. Tips for other travelers: If you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask and earplugs as it does get sunny in the main bedroom. Looking forward to returning here!

Lovely accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. Very quick responses from the hosts throughout. I booked this for myself and my two best men for the night before my wedding. This was ideally located close to our venue and at a great price for a 3 bedroom house. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay at Harbour Cottage in Cowes. The living room and kitchen were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance from the centre of Cowes and everything we needed for our stay. Host was helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. A lovely stay and would recommend! Abby Barletta

This cottage was absolutely lovely. It was very clean and tidy and very comfortable and homely. The bathrooms were wonderfully clean. The surrounding area is outstandingly beautiful with many lovely walks nearby. Very peaceful.

It was such a lovely stay at Lucy and Nick! Everything was perfect and all the family so lovely and welcoming. The cottage, the surroundings, the animals, the region, .. I will come back soon for sure!

Sociana is a beautiful soul, we are very blessed to have met her and privileged to stay on her property. This is truly an amazing place with a secret history. But you just have to stay there and let Sociana tell you about tgat. Super highly recommended.❤️

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2025, 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 13). Fabulous stay, the cottage is lovely and tucked away from the road. The hot tub was a big hit and made the stay that little bit more amazing! Excellent host and a lovely cottage, we will be back.

We had a lovely stay. If we could stay longer we would. Everything is available in the cottage for a pleasant stay. Full fridge, good kitchen if you wish to cook a meal, coffeemachine easy to use with enough nespresso cups in the cupboard. Beds are comfy with good quality bedding and sheets. Rachel is a kind loving person who likes to help you when needed. Pubs, small supermarket, restaurants on walking distance. But more towns around like Egham, Virginia Water, Staines, Sunningdale. Walking into Windsor great park and enjoying the view on the long walk towards Windsor Castle. We had a really nice stay and will return when visiting the UK again.

Great place to stay, and very comfy throughout. staying there again next week for work as everything was great so why change it.

Loved our stay at Lavender Cottage - it is so cosy and homely and in a stunning location. Our dog, Lyra, enjoyed the garden and the neighbouring polo field! Comfy bed and great log burner - a fabulous place for a short break.
