Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars and beach access across the street. Outdoor space consists of a connected private patio through sliding glass doors. A quick walk to the Boat Slip Resort for Tea Dance or sunbathing on the deck. Liz's Cafe, Joon Bar, Mussel Beach Gym, and Joe's coffee are across the street. Queen bed. Outside space with picnic table, chairs, & hammock. Beach chairs provided. W/in 5 min walking distance of bakeries, mini-golf, restaurants, shopping, bike trail, kayaking, & more. Ocean Edge Resort/Pool access/2bedroom-2bath Condo

Recently renovated end unit townhouse located in the heart of The OE Villages. Beautiful views towards the golf course, and southern exposure with lots of natural light, A/C, W/D and private patio with Weber grill and outdoor furniture. Sports Membership so Guest passes are available for purchase at Linx for use of pools, hot tubs and gyms. Additional costs for use of courts may apply. Bike rail trail, Ice cream store, great restaurants, coffee, beaches and Kayak/Bike rentals are all close by.

Wits End: Ocean views 10 mins from Ptown ferry

Only 10 minutes from Provincetown center, Wits End is set on a hill overlooking the bay and 2 acres of private land! Only 3 mins from Town Beach and 5 mins to Coast Guard Beach (weekly guest beach passes available) and the National Seashore bike trails. Located on the Provincetown bus shuttle Central air throughout, new bathrooms and a fully renovated kitchen! Dining table that seats 10-12! Take in sweeping views of the bay from nearly every room and watch the boats pass Provincetown Light.

Golf Course Views and Pools

Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation in Brewster, MA by staying in a cozy and bright condo unit. The unit itself is overlooking hole #12 on a beautiful golf course, owned by well-known Ocean Edge Resort. Lined with plenty of trees there is privacy and quietness, perfect for sitting on the outdoor balcony underneath the stars with a relaxing glass of wine. Part of a country club, you have access to multiple indoor/outdoor swimming pools, gym, saunas, hot tubs, golf course, and restaurants for a fee.

This unit is on second level. It is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom/two and a half -bathroom unit, sleeps eight. Available July 19-July 26, 2025. NO ELEVATOR to 2nd floor. Master king-size bedroom en-suite; second ensuite bedroom has two full-size beds; there is a sleeper sofa in living room, hallway half bath. All rooms have sliders to beautiful river view and TVs. Full-size fridge in unit. Indoor pool/hot tub. Access fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, exercise room, indoorpool.

Bass River with First Floor Master and Game room

Central to Dennis, Yarmouth & the best beaches on The Cape. Located across street from Bass River. 2 Kayaks and children's kayak available for use with Wilbur park launch a mile away. 2 golf courses right outside of neighborhood. Rail Trail bike access in neighborhood. Outdoor bball hoop. 4 spacious bedrooms two masters. Peloton, Ping pong table, Fire pit, 3 kayaks , Central A/C . Amazing restaurants and shopping, Mini golf, batting cages, go-carts, ice cream. 1 pet may be considered.
