The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya! Perfect for families! Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the rooms you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, satelite tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

A partir del 1 de abril de 2026 el importe será de 10.45€ por noche y persona, hasta un máximo de 7 noches. SERVICIO DE LAVANDERIA (CARGO EXTRA) Además, ofrecemos un cómodo servicio de lavandería disponible, que viene con un cargo extra. • La limpieza estándar se realiza a mitad de la estancia para estancias de 5 noches o más. Se puede solicitar limpieza adicional por un coste extra de 35€. •El día de la salida, el cliente deberá dejar la vivienda en condiciones aceptables de orden y limpieza. Boutique Apartments 23 Barcelona tendrá derecho a cobrar gastos adicionales de limpieza cuando la vivienda no esté en condiciones aceptables, así como de los posibles desperfectos ocasionados.
