Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

This 4* apartment, located on the third floor, includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Apartment also includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can relax at the outdoor pool which is shared with other apartments and enjoy the sea view from your balcony. The apartment is equipped with a 3 smart TV’s and 3 air conditioners. This apartment comes with the free WiFi and parking space.

Stylish, amazing Home

Newly renovated , spacious and comfortable apartment is located 5 Minutes from beach and old town. Apartment offers bathroom and a big rainshower in sleeproom. Aprtment is air- conditioned and provides free wifi connection, it has separate Entrance and a beautiful terrace with adorable seewew.

My place is close to the beach (400 m) , restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the view, the people, the location, the ambience . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Sorriso del mare, in the center near the sea. It has everything you need to for a great summer holiday. We are less than 50m from the main beach with a reserved parking space. 4 star Apartment is big, new, nice and cosy ideal for a family stay.
