Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.
