You will be in the heart of Koh Phangan, 3 minutes walking to the main road, where you can find 7 11, plenty of restaurants and bars and just crossing this road you will be on the beach :-) House has 1 bedroom with double bed , 1 separate salon/office area with a work station and sofa, full equipped kitchen and toilet with hot water.
