We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

A cottage built in 1870, with use of extensive gardens, in the courtyard of a medieval Manor House, having beautiful views over the open countryside. The rooms are sunny and airy, with your comfort in mind. Featuring a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.
