Casa recuperada ( antiga adega), integrada numa quinta com 5.000 m2, com grande variedade de citrinos e outras culturas. Óptimo jardim, com vista para o mar e para a serra. Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.

As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Sea Roots "Garden Zone 1" is located in a small farm by the sea, in Mosteiros. It's composed by one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private garden, as well as barbecue area. The town is very charming, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its sunny weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. There's a couple beach bars just steps away, where small meals and drinks can be enjoyed.
