Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per raggiungere le stazioni sciistiche Valtournenche (25 min.) Torgnon (20 min.) partenza funivia Pila (25 min.). Castelli e visita alla città di Aosta da non perdere. Numerose le passeggiate nei dintorni. Si segnala la presenza di scale interne.

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.

Cozy studio on Cervinia's ski slopes with PANORAMIC VIEW and free wi-fi. It is ideal for two people but it can accommodate up to four thanks to a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
