It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

The "Cottage on Summit" is charming & updated Historical 1932 Cape Cod, located in the beautiful Bethel Park community. Relax with the whole family in our peaceful, cozy yet spacious home, boasting privacy, comfort and safety, nestled within the Summit neighborhood . NOTE: A "request to book" will need additional information prior to "confirming by the host". Verified ID and at least ONE Positive review & No Negative reviews from previous stays are needed. Quiet, cozy cottage centrally located between Franciscan, Bethany, & West Liberty Universities! Two BRs boast one queen bed, one full, & a comfy sleeping couch in LR. Lots of natural light for reading, writing, & relaxing. Excellent restaurants within a 5 mile radius & many more slightly farther away! River access in downtown Wellsburg is just as close with plenty of nature trails and outdoor spaces in every direction! Star Lake Pavilion, Brooke Hills Park, and Oglebay within 1/2 hour.

Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Secluded Tiny “Mayapple” Artist/Spiritual Retreat

"The Mayapple" - Tiny house seclusion. Off-grid, solar hand-built cabin sits on its own eight acre hilltop, 1 mile from Bethany College in beautiful West Virginia. The entire property has 180 acres of private land with two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage and miles of hiking trails for you to enjoy. A comfortable double bed provides an ideal cozy slumber for one or two people. Extra guests are $10/person/night. Pets are welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The Loft in Steubenville

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

The Gibson House!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
