The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a nice ice cream and sandwich shop. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Frances Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has Direct TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to recreation room.
Small house with one bedroom that has a bunk bed (bottom full size, top twin size) and another twin bed in it. Two areas outside the bedroom, one has a full size and other area has a twin size bed. Also, two roll away beds. Two couches, a 55" Fire TV, Internet, Kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, utensils, pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Boot/glove dryers. Two bars and restaurants, and a grocery store all two blocks away. Hunting guides? Ask.
Welcome to The Cottages! We offer two rental units, each sleeping a total of 8 guests. Pull your boat right up to the Cottage’s private Boat Parking with mulitple plug-ins. Boat launch right down the road, just 2 miles to N Point Recreation Area on Lake Francis Case, Missouri River in South Dakota. Enjoy all that this area has to offer! Fishing, hunting, boating, any adventure! Stay a full week & receive 1 night compliments of the host! Two identical units available, can book together.
