Eric is an excellent host! He was responsive each time I reached out with a question. Though our visit was short, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and is fully stocked for a comfortable stay away from home. It is spacious and has everything you'll need while entertaining with family and/or friends. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Such a beautiful home! The host was exceptional and very responsive, very friendly. The house had great amenities and then some from being exceptionally clean to having a variety of activities in home to keep all guests happy and entertained. 10/10 I’d book any Air B&B again as long as Eric is the host!

This is a beautiful property, I really did enjoy myself. I through a birthday party here for majority of my friends and everything turned out well. Before booking he said I could have 15 people then switched to 30 people the day of arrival which was interesting. As well as, before booking he said I would not have to turn the music down at any point but once getting there he friendly reminded me of the quiet rule after 10:30 pm which was very interesting. followed by, the projector had instructions to it but we could not figure out how to get the projector to actually play a movie for us, same as the surrounding speakers which were really nice when it was working but often it would disconnect, and we would have to restart the speakers in order for it to work again. These were my only concerns, but everything else was in great working order, and he seems to be pretty reasonable with what he’s offering and allowing at his property. I feel I would go back for a separate event in the future

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dominic's Airbnb, - I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodations were immaculate, with every corner of the house meticulously clean and well-maintained. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival seamless. Dominic's communication and hospitality were truly outstanding. He was incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries, and his attentiveness made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply relax, this Airbnb is ideally situated. I usually don't make any recommendations BUT based on this visit - I highly recommend Dominic's place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. You won't be disappointed!

Kam's place is awesome! Perfect location, beautiful neighborhood, plenty of food just one street over, easy access to the Metro, excellent kitchen, and a great Movie room to relax at the end of the day. This place was perfect! You should stay here.

Will’s place was perfect spot for our trip to DC. It is exactly like it looks in the pictures. It’s spacious, safe and a great location. We would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas. Everything was so clean and exactly as described. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, restrooms, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The host, Shana, was super friendly and helpful. The place was close to the airport and DC, where we spent most of our time. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
