Great value overall. The only issue is that you have to cross a ditch that is not will lit to get to the door. It was rather slick after rain one evening and we slid a bit in dress shoes. This may be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was a nice quiet stay and affordable compared to all the other local options.

Very clean and pretty inside decor. The location is close to the red line metro which was great.

The apartment was amazing, we had a wonderful time staying there. It is close to everything, museums next streets, China Town, and very walkable, amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The whole building was nice and quiet, which was a plus. host was very nice and kind, communication was easy and proactive. We will definitely come back again~

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

Michael is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. His place is as good as it gets!

It was positively delightful. I have no complaints. I was able to recharge during my stay. Great location, responsive hosts, and an EV charger available on the back parking pad. It was quiet, walkable, and peaceful. Great neighborhood. Highly recommend. A+

Check in wasn't a problem. Any issues that came up they responded in a timely fashion. Wifi, pots and pans and the fridge were on point. The bathroom was surprisingly warm which was an unexpected plus when it got colder. Everything else was fine.

Ayda was very helpful as I needed a baby crib and she went above and beyond to find me one. It is an older home but everything worked well and it served it's purpose. Very well stocked kitchen made it easy to make food all week. Floors are creaky but that's common in an older house. Adya was very helpful when I needed more dishwasher detergent and was very kind in offering to mail an object I forgot.

I had a great stay! Kebreten went out of her way to make me feel at home and personally introduce herself. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen stocked and little touches such as a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee to make me feel right at home. The location of the house is near a beautiful trail through the woods along paint branch stream.

The room was spacious and clean! Lingam was warm and pleasant to talk to and he was always a text away if I needed anything. I recommend this place for other guests!
