Conveniently located right off I-395 around the corner from FT Meyer as well as a hop, skip and jump to all of DC, MD & VA area attractions. It boasts pet-friendly accommodations with a park directly across the street. Updated, large quartz countertops, new appliances, rainfall walk-in shower, large capacity washer/dryer, fully stocked washroom, pool table, games & much more!

Beautiful apartment in basement of house. Private entrance with keypad (no check-in). Large bedroom w/king size bed & separate den w/futon (playpen available). Full kitchen & living room. Full size washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

House is an easy walk to metro, Whole Foods and Clarendon restaurants and shops. Located just a short walk from the Iwo Jima memorial and Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) with Georgetown and the National Mall just beyond. Bring the whole family to explore Washington, DC. Updated and comfortable 3 bed 2 bath SFH in the hot Penrose community of Arlington. 2 stop lights to DC, 11 minutes to Downtown. Open kitchen, dining room and living room centered around an oversized island great for gathering. Private backyard, patio, fire pit, & hot tub. 1 mile to Clarendon Metro close to all the best places to see in the DC Area. Pentagon & revitalized Columbia Pike corridor. Centrally located with easy access to 66 & 395. A great home base for any DC trip.

You’ll be staying in a ground-level unit with its own separate entrance in a charming townhouse in the heart of DC’s Logan Circle neighborhood. We’re blocks away from some of the city's best bars and restaurants on 14th Street. You’ll have access to our visitor parking pass, which allows for street side parking during your stay. The unit is furnished with a queen-sized bed, separate living space, working station, washer and dryer, TV and internet, kitchenette, and a full bathroom.

Cozy 2-bedrooms in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Big windows with ample light. Private entrance in the quiet backyard, keyless 24/7 self-check-in. kitchenette& free laundry. Great for families with kids.5 Mins drive to DC, Alexandria & DCA. Walking distance to everywhere: Blue & yellow line Metro station (12 Mins) and bus stops (5 Mins). The shopping mall, groceries, library and park, and restaurants are within 15 mins walking distance. Free guest parking spot on premises

Amazingly Simple 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom BASEMENT

This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. My home is 10 minutes from Clarendon and 8 minutes from DC. You might be able to check in early, please message me first.
