Hotel style room and part of the Downtown Apartments on the historic square in Marshall. Ten foot ceilings with beautiful wooden arches and a floor to ceiling window give the room a grand feeling. It’s centrally located and grocery store, Dollar General, restaurants, Kenda Drive In are within 2 miles. Excellent location for those in town for work! Buffalo National River (Tyler Bend, Grinder’s Ferry/the bridge)- 10 miles Branson- 70 miles Leslie- 10 miles Mtn View/Blanchard Springs - 35 miles

Romantic Lakeview Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

Bluebird Estate has 3 private suites for up to 22 guests. Rent one or rent the entire property. Catering available. Families, girls weekends, weddings, Graduations, rehearsal dinners, etc. (some additional costs for events) Beautiful gardens a one acre fishing pond, hiking, fishing rods for guests . Children are welcome. We have several outside games and board games for families. In the evening enjoy our 85' front porch or firepit. Come stay for a weekend & Make memories for a lifetime.
