We absolutely loved our stay here! My wife and I stayed for our anniversary trip we do annually, and we felt so at peace here. It was very clean, gorgeous views, and a nice, private and quiet area just for the two of us. So thankful for the opportunity to stay here! We would definitely recommend it! My wife also really enjoyed the character of the place, loving even the little nook it had in it! Great for a movie night :)

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

omg! such a beautiful place with beautiful hosts. communication was great. Troy had a lot of local recommendations. the property is nothing short of amazing. the studio I stayed in was darling and immaculate. you can open the windows and get a nice cross breeze. at least in the cooler months. there is adequate supplies for cooking a small meal. i needed a couple of things that I needed like foil and the hosts were super quick responding every time I reached out. it was perfect and serene with the wind chime and the sound of the breeze in the trees along with the sounds of the creek. it's perfect for the solo traveler or a couples romantic getaway. I look forward to returning. I feel so blessed.

The accommodation looks just like the picture, even more beautiful if I may say. It is well designed and well decorated. The scenery is great. It’s quiet and serene. Jamie is super responsive. The booklet gives us clear instruction of what to do. It was a very pleasant stay.

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

Clean home and loved that it was next to the water! Host was also great and responsive!

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Anna was very responsive and accurate with her property's description. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit! The neighborhood was very nice and the people were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's house on the Colorado River. The house is large, with a large kitchen/dining/great room area and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs is essentially a very large master bedroom suite with an extra bedroom with a bunk bed. That suite worked well for the couple with 7- and 1.5-year old kids. The kids had a great time with the games and puzzles in the great room, but the real fun for them was the small beach and dock on the river, with adult supervision of course. The adults enjoyed the riverfront beach and dock as well. There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed. This home would be a perfect spot for a family to rent some jet skis or a small boat to moor at the dock on the river (you can't launch at this location, but can nearby), and then enjoy the river from comfort of the house.

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay, our favorite so far. The house, the amenities, the VIEW, everything. Specifically, the WIFI is very good and very strong, the TV's have every streaming service you could ever want, the kitchen is fully stocked, we didn't find one thing that I wished she had and I cooked dinner there every night, she has a working ice maker so plenty of ice. And, most of all, it was so very relaxing.

Location is everything! We were surprised to learn that this home is in a gated community which was a huge plus. In addition to being right on the water and having access to a dock for our boat, we also had quiet streets for kids to scooter and play catch which was an unexpected bonus! I've been travelling to Parker since I was a child and have stayed in many homes, RVs, as well as the hotels on the water and I highly recommend this spot. The home is well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay and you'll be right where you want to be, with privacy and peace. Maritza was a responsive and kind hostess who clearly cares about her guests and their experience. We made wonderful memories - "Biggie" the big-mouth bass that resides at the home's dock (he never leaves!) is now an honorary part of our family. Thank you for having us, Maritza!

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Michael's place was fantastic! I would highly recommend. Just as described with up to date photos. conveniently located to the English Village of the London Bridge, the city itself and the Rotary Community Park. the place was spotless and had all ammendities needed. The balcony was large enough for 3 ppl comfortably and to do yoga on. neighbors were friendly and getting thru the gate and into the door was easy. extra to note, the sheets were super soft, not your basic bleached hotel linens.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I love when an older building is rehabilitated for future use. Inside was very modern and clean. Pool and canal were nice views. Wi-Fi, shower, toilets, and drains all functioned perfectly. Bed was sturdy and comfortable. I would stay again. I would recommend.

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
