My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in early December. It was our first trip to Sedona and we didn’t know what to expect, this airbnb blew us away with the beautiful views from the living room/kitchen and back patio. The space was clean and well appointed and so lovely and quiet in the evening. We loved star gazing from the hot tub! Susan was communicative and provided some local recommendations. The check in process was very easy and the home had everything we needed. It’s located close to everything in Sedona, great hiking, shops and restaurants. We could not have asked for better and hope to return again soon!

Beautiful home and a great place to unwind and relax for the long weekend. Wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the boat and plan on visiting again.

Laura was amazing from booking to the end of the stay. I needed a place for a work crew to stay and she was so accommodating. Communicated all the way and had no issues. Being my first experience with Airbnb it won’t be my last!!!

Great one bedroom condo with a hide a bed. I was only one person. I was very comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped. Extremely clean. I’ll stay here again next time

Dave and Laualee were excellent hosts. They checked in before our stay to see if there was anything specifically we needed for our stay, they made games available for my 4 year old son and we walked in to welcome gifts. They also checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was very well taken care of, clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio while we watched the golfers play. We enjoyed the community pool. I would highly recommend them and their home. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The listing photos kind of make it seem smaller than it is, but this was pleasantly spacious. We loved our stay and being on the water was key. We were able to dock the boat without any issues. We also met the neighbor next door who gave us lots of local tips. If you’re planning to go out at night, contact Dan the shuttle driver. He was great.

The place was clean and lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Very comfortable!

Unfortunately I had to come into town under bad circumstances. That being said it was nice to have a large home to come back to and relax when i could. The home is just as featured. Its very large and clean. It certainly could use some updating but it was very functional. Everything worked. Especially the A/C! OMG the A/C was amazing and that's important for AZ. The beds were my favorite. They were so comfy! My sister and I slept so good. The pool was awesome! The neighbors let there yappy dog bark two out of the four nights there so that was disappointing. Also, the trash was set out by parking and over flowing. It stunk and we had to wait till trash day to get rid of it. There was also a fan and a lock that needed fixing. I messaged Misty and she responded right away and set up repair men to come out immediately. She was quick and responsive and very nice. Overall, I would stay there again! Other than the dogs the neighborhood was quiet and home was super comfy. Very pleased!

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Very well stocked for long term stays, in ~5 weeks total the only household item I had to even purchase was some more paper towels. Host is super friendly and responsive. Overall an excellent value for the price paid. The only downside at all was the Internet connectivity going out a few times, which is more on the local (wireless) ISP than anything; when it was working however it was pretty decent (50 Mbps symmetrical), though if you're a remote worker (like myself) you should definitely have a 5G backup available (5G service in that location is quite good, over 100 Mbps most of the time).

We couldn’t have been happier with the house and all of its amenities. There were 7 of us who went to Glendale for spring training and the house was the perfect place to relax, hangout and just catchup. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful yard as well as playing pool. I couldn’t recommend more staying at Maria’s house and enjoying time with family and friends.

Great apartments, excellent owners, everything was super clean and well maintained, communication was smooth and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend to choose for the stay!

Joe’s home was lovely. He had great communication and proactively let us know when the home was ready, so we could arrive sooner - we didn’t ask for early check in, so that was a nice touch. The home was well stocked and left nothing to be desired. It was clean, comfortable (the beds especially!) and it is so nice that each room has their own bathroom. The pool was sparkling clean, the jacuzzi is comfortable and the living space was great to unwind after a day on the water. His home is about 7 minutes from the launch ramp, so extremely convenient if you’re planning on going on the water. If not, you can enjoy the lake views from the patio. Overall, this house is a gem and we’d be happy to stay here again!

My stay was a great experience and a beautiful home really cozy and relaxing.

We stayed here for a week. The first night we got in late, so we were a little unsure in finding it, but we made it! The next morning we thought we’d died and gone to heaven! My son and I headed out on the nature path in the desert, stopping in at the meditation place. We so enjoyed the stargazing, the wildlife and birds, walking the labyrinth, the incredible decorations in the casita, and the peacefulness of hanging out on the back patio. We hope to come again and again (and again and again…). Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Sabine's place. The house is very spacious and beautiful! Just like the surroundings. Close to the city but far enough to have a more quiet and nature-connection time. Sabine is so kind and friendly! 100% recommended and I would definitely go back if I am in the area!

We loved staying at Paul’s Pad! Very roomy and spacious for 2 families (7 total)! It was nice to retreat to a quiet home instead of a noisy hotel after long days of baseball! Kaitlyn is an amazing host and was always very responsive! We would absolutely stay there again!!

This was an amazing home, great location, and fantastic host. We will definitely be staying there on future trips to the area!
