The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint & well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, urban trail, & a 10 min walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced & shaded with several big trees (please see House Rules). Very inviting, relaxing, & outdoor vibe.
