You will love our place for its prime location of MonumentValley (10 minute drive to the park) and being hosted by a local native family eager to share our culture and highlights of things to see n do in Monument Valley. Our hogan has a power outlet for lighting, charging devices, or to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea. Wifi is available, but not guaranteed-therefore not charged. A striking 1890's adobe dwelling located in the renowned historic Barrio Viejo district. The Root Beer Adobe Hotel is an old-world experience nestled within a collection of folk art; primitive antique interiors complimented with high ceilings, concrete, brick, and saltillo floors, all bathed in natural desert light throughout. There are three large bedrooms, a great family den, a dining room, two fireplaces, a clawfoot tub washroom, and a native garden patio with outdoor living amenities.

Our atrium is enhanced with live foilage and spiral staircase decorated with candles for a romantic ambiance. The king size bed is comfy and roomy. My husband Gerry is a home coffee roaster. His delicious brews are available upon request.

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road.
