I stayed here with my husband and baby . We absolutely loved our visit. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but just a short walk the centre. The interior is nicely designed and the structure of the building means that it is nice and cool inside. We particularly loved the spacious roof terrace which had space for our baby to play and a nice seating area to enjoy a glass of wine. We would highly recommend this accommodation

A lovely small house for a short stay, Roberto is a great and attentive host and has provided us essentials for an Italian breakfast which I found really thoughtful! Thank you Roberto :)

wonderful pool, excellent for swimming & relaxing, calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful houses and absolutely lovely family that runs the b&b. we would definitely come back!

Un séjour merveilleux à Grumo Appula. On se sent chez soi avec un appartement soigné et décoré . Le village est extrêmement plaisant. On prend ses habitudes rapidement (le train notamment… 40min de Bari mais ça se fait facilement) Merci encore !

Un appartamento adorabile in una posizione davvero comoda. Anna Maria è stata una host dolcissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario e anche una colazione con bevanda inclusa. L’appartamento è accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Lo consigliamo con tutto il cuore e ringraziamo ancora Anna Maria per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole.

Wonderful stay. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep. but the view at the top is more than worth it. Very pleasant and helpful host! We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Pietro and Patrizia’s apartment. They made me feel very welcome, even picking me up from the train station and offering great tips on where to eat and visit. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or couple, with a spacious layout and everything I needed. It was clean and cozy, and they provided drinks and breakfast snacks, which was a nice touch. While there’s no window, the door lets in plenty of light. It was quiet at night and the bed was cozy. I’d also suggest reducing single-use plastic items for a more sustainable touch, but overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s cozy, quiet, and conveniently close to Bari Centrale for easy travel. a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

Casa perfetta! Spaziosa, pulita, accogliente, con tutti gli accessori (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, 2 bagni) vicinissima al centro del paese e in una posizione ideale anche per trovare parcheggio. Il Proprietario è stato molto disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e ha soddisfatto pienamente ogni necessità. Ancora grazie 🙏🏻🤗

Family of 4 (2 older adults & 2 young adults) stayed 3 nights in early May 2025. Fernanda was very welcoming & responsive! She’s very adept at using audio translations so we were able to understand each other without problems. All the rooms in the apartment are huge, and there was more than enough space for our family. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms modernized, the kitchen well-stocked, and Fernanda provided many thoughtful and practical items. The neighborhood is very walkable to the many interesting sights of Lecce. We chose to have a car to explore other parts of southern Puglia and had no trouble finding free street parking near this apartment when we returned from our excursions. Note that there are about 25 steps up to the apartment from street level. There’s also an electric stair chair that a guest could probably arrange to use. We highly recommend Casa Filippo!

The stay in Bari was a highlight of our two week trip in Italy we only stayed for two nights but it was amazing. close to everything we had a rental car and we were even close to parking for it. the apartment was spotless and Marco is extremely accommodating so glad we chose Marco's place for our Bari excursion. The bed at Marco's was one of the most comfortable on our trip..

We had a great time here for three days. It's a great location right in the centre of the predestrianised old town. The apartment and the building it's in are lovely. Lecce was a great base trip explore Puglia from. Francesca was really helpful. Note that if you've got a car then you'll need to park a few minutes walk away - we parked at the closest one which was 25 euros a day - there might be cheaper or free places a bit further out.

Luisa und ihr Vater waren extrem lieb und hilfsbereit, sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns sehr nützliche Tipps zu Restaurants, Bussen, Ausflügen, Wanderwegen, Anlässen im Dorf etc. Die Wohnung liegt ganz nahe am Bahnhof, per Zug oder Bus gelangt man einfach und rasch in die umliegenden hübschen Dörfer mit ihren traumhaften Strände. In der Wohnung gab’s sogar einen Sonnenschirm für die Strandtage. Maratea selbst ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit vielen feinen Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, das Bad ganz in Rosa ein Hingucker, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon sonnig und mit schöner Sicht. Die Räume sind kühl (im Schlafzimmer hat‘s eine Klimaanlage zum Kühlen oder Heizen), im Sommer wohl ideal, im Frühling war‘s etwas kühl drinnen, aber man kann sich auf dem sonnigen Balkon schön wärmen. Herzlichen Dank für alles, Luisa und Francisco! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder einmal vorbei.

We could not fault our stay at Antico Ulivo. The accommodation, pool and grounds were perfection. Giorgio was the perfect host, he couldn’t do enough for us during our stay and was so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We will be recommending Antico Ulivo to all of our family and friends and hope to return ourselves one day. Thank you Giorgio and team for the perfect end to our 4 week trip around Europe we fell in love with your B&B and Puglia in general.

We had a lovely stay – the location is excellent, the room was cosy with beautiful views, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we missed was more variety at breakfast, as it mostly consisted of sweet items. Overall, a very positive experience!

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay with Ada at Casamare. The apartment is beautiful - better even than the pictures - and incredibly well located. Ada was the most generous and welcoming host, from delicious breakfasts to restaurant reservations, she went above and beyond to make our stay in Polignano a special one. Will be recommending to everyone we know ❤️

This is a gem, right in the heart of historic center of Bari, and perhaps a 20 minute walk from the Bari Centrale train station. Rosa is so sweet, she let us drop off our bags early, and also leave them after check out. The included breakfast was our best in Italy. Note that there are steep narrow stairs, so this might not work if you have large heavy luggage. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Questo b&b è da consigliare assolutamente, camera molto pulita, spaziosa e con tutti i comfort, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, da ritornarci!

Wir waren Anfang Mai für drei Tage in der Bufalaria und haben diesen wunderbaren Ort der Ruhe sehr genossen. Franca bereitete jeden Tag ein leckeres kreatives Frühstück zu und der Ausblick in den Garten trägt dazu bei, das der Tag perfekt beginnt. Die schlichte und liebevoll ausgestattete Art des Hauses lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Franca, Alberto und Lillo sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen wenn wir in Apulien sind.

This is so good on so many levels - the house, the unusual bedrooms, Anna's very personal hospitality, the regional location (as well as the location on the edge of Massafra), the breakfast (so much good food!), not forgetting the swimming pool. Anna even did a pasta making class with us, which was informative and great fun - of course what we made turned into a delicious lunch. It is clear Anna is a hospitality professional, and it shows. We loved it.
