This is a fully furnished residential apt. at the lower level in a house. Only the "kitchen" (on the main floor) will be shared with me. You will be occupying the unit downstairs and I, the one upstairs. Near parks, lakes, eateries, shops, the silver lake beach, downtown Mpls. The perfect location that is SUPER quiet yet near everything! Reminder that this is a "1 guest/person" unit rental. NO Exceptions will be made and the booking will be cancelled if 2 guests are present at check-in.

This is a second floor, private 1-bedroom unit 4-5 miles north of downtown MPLS. We are close to many restaurants. There is a private flat roof deck right outside the entry. Rental includes access to shared fire pit and grill. Shared laundry is available upon request at basement level which is accessed from outside of the second floor unit. The first floor is a private unit in which we reside.
