Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

Margaret was an amazing host and her shepherds hut was perfect for a short weekend away in Anglesey. Ideal location being that anywhere we wanted to go was around 20-25 mins tops if not closer.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The hut was spotless, cosy with a comfortable bed. The view and surroundings were stunning. We loved sitting outside the hut watching the antics of the spring lambs. Location was perfect- 20 minutes drive to Abergele / Rhos on Sea / Colwyn Bay all with beautiful beaches. In the evening a 15 minutes walk into the little town for a meal. Will definitely be booking again.

Y Bwthyn - two bedroom cottage near Snowdonia

Stayed with my husband and two kids, and it was perfect for us. Eveyrthing is comfortable, clean and it’s clear a lot of love and thought has gone into the cottages. Kerry was helpful and kind at every stage and while we didn’t get to meet in person she was available to contact for any questions or help one might need. Would throughly recommend and will be back should we find ourselves in Wales again. Kerry is a wonderful host

A lovely, comfortable place with everything one could need. I really liked being able to walk to the station, to visit Pwllheli (and/or all stations between Aberystwyth and Dyffryn). Also, everything one needs is in the village. Linda was very friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable there immediately - an important consideration for solo travellers.

It is a lovely place for short trip. My doggy has a good sleep. There have enough space for dog play and run. Everything is good 👍🏻 Even October is windy months, it makes me feel like back to home. Nice! Thank you for everything. We really enjoy.☺️

Such a beautiful space! Stunning views, peaceful location. Perfect base to explore from - recommend Cader Idris walks, Birds Rock & the coastal path in both directions. Buses back from the coastal towns stop right at the bottom of the hill to the cabin. Cabin itself was comfortable & cosy. Kitchen great for meals for 2. Beth & Chris so welcoming & friendly. Will definitely stay again

Lovely cottage in very peaceful surroundings. I stayed for 5 nights, the cottage is very comfortable and quiet and highly recommended. Ideal location for visiting Porthmadog, Harlech and further afield.

We booked our stay as a base for our trip to Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) to climb to the summit. It was around an hour to travel between our hut and the base of the mountain. Despite the distance, it was the most beautiful place we could have stayed. Although our hosts' instructions were clear and precise, we still managed to take a wrong turn, but he managed to set us on the right path with a quick call. Charles, our host and Daisy the dog were very welcoming, we had arrived far too early. We had a lovely chat about the local area and different points of interest and local wildlife. The hut itself was perfect! Exactly what I'd hoped for. All the comforts of home, a comfortable warm bed. Hot water, drinking water, a shower, basin and toilet. Clean towels a warm heater and a fridge. This will forever be my happy place and I will certainly be back!!

such a great stay. Perfect location for beaches and hills. The hot tub was a real luxury at the end of the day. Great to learn how to use it...thanks Tony. Lovely garden setting. our dogs really enjoyed their stay too. very secure. The Lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. No complaints from us

Accommodation was larger inside than we were expecting from the photos. The accommodation is set over 3 floors with 6 or 7 steps between each. There are 2 ‘living rooms’, on different floors, one has a sofa bed, both have TVs, so it’s a good setup if you have differing age groups in the same party. The location is good, it’s close to the centre of town, but hidden away, and quiet. It’s also close to Snowdonia / zip world and beaches, which suited our needs. Supermarkets and takeaways are close by too. Everything we needed was included , the blankets in the living areas were a nice touch and much appreciated by my elderly Mum. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub / outdoor seating area are a good size. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a little welcome pack with bread, milk, Welsh cakes, teabags and coffee etc which was appreciated.

Len was a most attentive host. He rapidly responded to all messages in the lead up to the trip and was very clear in his communication. He met us at the property and gave a thorough tour making sure we were brought up to speed on the workings of the house. We were in the are for Pan Celtic Gravel Rally bike race and the house was perfectly located, just a mile from the start/finish with easy access to the village. The house was perfectly comfortable and the jacuzzi was a real treat. The decor had a retro chic vibe to it and we appreciated the attention to detail.

The cottage was better than in the pictures, it was like something out of a fairytale! So pretty and peaceful, and although chilly at times, the fire was fantastic and warmed everything up nicely. I would like to add that the bed in the main bedroom was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in! A wonderful trip away and we highly recommend it.
