In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Uterum, tvättstuga, AC, kamin, stor altan med flexibla uteplatser, grill, fullt utrustat kök mm. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Två cyklar finns att låna.

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.
