Carolina Wren Cottage: New, Relaxing, Dog-Friendly

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Live Oak Lodge at Mauresina River Plantation

Take it easy at this unique waterfront home! Live Oak Lodge sits right on the Sampit river. It has its own boat ramp and fishing dock. There is a marina on the property where you can dock your boat. The marina is the only shared part of the property . It has oyster bar with fridge and sink. The house has massive decks and porches that give you unbeilable views of river and wildlife! The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths,2 kitchens,2 screened porches, game room and incredible living room!

Black River Refuge on the Water

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.
